The Sawhorse Cafe

We proudly brew Buzzsaw Coffee, originally roasted right here at the cafe. In 2022 we opened our second location in the Pajama Factory and moved the roastery there. Our beans are sourced from all around the world and our offerings vary seasonally. We prepare drip coffee, cold brew,
espresso-based drinks and a variety of house-made sodas and seasonal beverages. All of our beans are available for purchase at both locations.
 
For tea drinkers, we offer small-batch blended teas from Steven Smith Teamaker in Portland, Oregon.
